(1) the provisions of the Building Act 1984 relating to certain other authorities or persons3;
(2) the provisions of Part I of the Public Health Act 19364 relating to united districts and joint boards5;
(3) the provisions of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 19806 relating to building control functions in urban development areas7; and
(4) the provisions of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 19848 relating to port health authorities and jurisdiction in any part of
