Where full plans1 have been deposited with the local authority and requirements in relation to building over sewers are imposed2 in relation to the building work3 which is the subject of those plans4, the local authority must consult the sewerage undertaker as soon as practicable after the plans have been deposited5, and before issuing6 any completion certificate in relation to the building work7. Where a local authority is so required to consult the sewerage undertaker it must:
(1) give to the sewerage undertaker, in a case where it is consulting it following the deposit of full plans, sufficient plans
