Where an initial notice1 or amendment notice2 is to be given or has been given in respect of work in relation to which requirements are imposed3 relating to building over sewers4, the approved inspector must consult the sewerage undertaker:
(1) before or as soon as practicable after giving an initial notice in relation to the work5;
(2) before or as soon as practicable after giving an amendment notice in relation to the work6;
(3) before giving a plans certificate7, whether or not combined with an initial notice8; and
(4) before giving a final certificate9.
