Certain provisions of the Building Act 1984 relating to:
(1) the provision of exits1;
(2) the provision of water supply2;
(3) means of escape from fire3;
(4) the raising of chimneys4;
(5) cellars and rooms under subsoil water level5;
(6) dangerous buildings6;
(7) the maintenance of entrances to courtyards7; and
(8) facilities for inspecting local Acts8,
