An adjudicator may resign at any time on giving notice in writing to the parties to the dispute1, and where an adjudicator so ceases to act, the referring party2 may serve a fresh notice of adjudication3, and must request an adjudicator to act in accordance with the procedure under the scheme for construction contracts4. If requested by the new adjudicator and in so far as it is reasonably practicable, the parties must supply him with copies of all documents which they had made available to the previous adjudicator5.
