Where a visiting practitioner1 wishes to provide occasional services2 after the first year of registration in Part 2 of the register of architects3, the practitioner may apply for renewal of registration4. Where the Registrar of Architects5 receives the required renewal documents6 from a visiting practitioner who is entitled to be registered in Part 2 of the register7, the visiting practitioner continues to be entitled to be registered in Part 2 of the register8 and the Registrar must give effect to the entitlement9.
