The Registrar of Architects1 will remove the name of a registered person2 from the register of architects3 where a suspension order4 or an erasure order5 is made by the Professional Conduct Committee6 in relation to such person7.
Where a suspension order is made, the Registrar must re-enter the name of the registered person in the register at the end of such period not exceeding two years as is specified in the order8.
Where an erasure order is made, the name of the registered person must not be re-entered in the register unless the Architects Registration Board9 so directs10. No application may
