Persons lawfully established as an architect in a relevant European State1 and wishing to provide services in the United Kingdom2 on a temporary and occasional basis may apply to be registered in Part 2 of the register of architects3.
A visiting practitioner4 who proposes to provide occasional services5 for the first time is entitled to be registered in Part 2 of the register if the practitioner sends or produces to the Registrar of Architects6 the required declaration7, and the other required documents8.
