A person commits an offence if he intentionally:
(1) becomes or attempts to become registered under the Architects Act 19971; or
(2) makes or produces (or causes to be made or produced) to the Architects Registration Board2 or the Registrar of Architects3 anywhere in or outside the United Kingdom4 any false or fraudulent representation or declaration (whether oral or written)5.
