Part of a proposed building may be excluded from the contract and the employer may choose to carry out that work himself or by other contractors, or it may be a term of the contract that the employer should supply the contractor with materials. In such circumstances it will, in general, be an implied term of the contract that neither the employer nor his direct contractors or suppliers will hinder the contractor in the performance of the contract nor prevent its completion
