136. The operating framework for the BBC published by Ofcom

Ofcom1 must prepare and publish an Operating Framework which must contain provisions that Ofcom considers appropriate to secure the effective regulation of the activities of the BBC as set out in the BBC's Charter and the Framework Agreement2.
