If it appears to the Secretary of State1 that there are sufficient grounds to do so, he may at any time suspend an authority2 that he has issued to fill a position in connection with the operation of wireless telegraphy stations3 or wireless telegraphy apparatus4, with a view to the revocation of that authority5.
On suspending an authority, the Secretary of State must give the person to whom it was issued a notice informing him of the suspension, the grounds for it, and his rights in connection with the suspension, further informing him that if he does not avail himself
