312I.     Suspension or restriction of video-sharing platform services for inciting crime or disorder

The appropriate regulatory authority1 must serve a notice2 on a provider of a video-sharing platform service3 if it is satisfied:

  1.  

    (1)     (a) that the service has failed to comply with any of the statutory provisions controlling audiovisual commercial communications4 and that accordingly the provider has contravened the statutory duty imposed on it5;

  2.  

    (b) that the provider has failed to take a measure which the authority considers to be appropriate in relation to that service6; or

  3.  

    (c) that the provider has failed to implement
