As from a day to be appointed, the regulatory regime for: (1) every licensed public service channel1; (2) the public teletext service2; and (3) every licensed television service3 added by order4 to the list of must-provide services5, includes the conditions that Ofcom considers appropriate for securing that arrangements satisfying the requirements of these provisions6 are entered into and maintained by all the persons who provide must-provide services7.
