The Secretary of State1 may issue written authorities to such persons as he thinks fit, authorising them to fill such positions in connection with the operation of wireless telegraphy stations2 or wireless telegraphy apparatus3 as may be specified in the authority4.
The Secretary of State may charge such fees, if any, as he may determine for copies of an authority issued under these provisions5.
Where any such authority6 has ceased to be in force or has been suspended7, it is the duty of the person to whom the authority was issued, and any other person in whose possession or under whose
