Ofcom1 must do all it can to secure that a person2 does not become or remain the holder of a licence3 if he is a disqualified person in relation to the licence4, that a person does not become the holder of a licence if certain requirements5 would be contravened were he to do so6 and that those requirements are not contravened in the case of a person who already holds a licence7.
For these purposes, Ofcom may8:
(1) require any applicant for a licence to provide it with such information as it may reasonably require9;
(2) revoke the award of
