377. Restrictions on holding of licences.

Ofcom1 must do all that it can to secure that a person2 does not become or remain the holder of a licence3 if he is a disqualified person in relation to that licence4, that a person does not become the holder of a licence if certain requirements5 would be contravened were he to do so6, and that those requirements are not contravened in the case of a person who already holds a licence7. Ofcom may accordingly8:
