A licence1 granted under Part III of the Broadcasting Act 19902 must be in writing and continues in force3:
(1) in the case of a licence to provide radio licensable content services4, until such time as it is surrendered or is revoked5; and
(2) in any other case, until whichever is the earlier of any such time or the end of the period specified in the licence6.
