The regulatory regime for every Channel 3 service1 provided by a body corporate includes a condition requiring the licence holder:
(1) to give Ofcom2 advance notification of any proposals known to the body that may give rise to a relevant change of control3; and
(2) to provide Ofcom, in such manner and at such times as it may reasonably require, with such information as it considers necessary for the purposes of exercising its functions4.
