312C. Regulatory authority's power to demand information from providers of video-sharing platform services

The appropriate regulatory authority1 may require a person who appears to be or to have been a provider of a video-sharing platform service2 to provide it with all such information3 relating to that service as the authority requires for the purpose of carrying out its functions under Part 4B of the Communications Act 20034. The appropriate regulatory authority may also require a person who appears to have or to be able to generate information that the authority reasonably requires for the purpose of carrying out its functions under Part 4B to provide it with that information5.
