The quorum of the Gaelic Media Service1 and the arrangements relating to its meetings are such as the Service may determine2. The arrangements may, with the approval of Ofcom3, provide for the discharge, under the general direction of the Service, of any of the Service's functions by a committee or by one or more of the members or employees of the Service4.
