Ofcom1 may require:
(1) a person who is using or has established, installed, or used, a wireless telegraphy station2 or wireless telegraphy apparatus3; and
(2) any other person who appears to Ofcom to have information required by Ofcom for the purposes of its radio spectrum functions4,
to provide Ofcom with all such information as it considers necessary for the purpose of carrying out its radio spectrum functions5.
