Wireless telegraphy licences1 are granted by Ofcom2 subject to such terms, provisions and limitations as Ofcom thinks fit3, including in particular:
(1) in the case of a licence to establish a station for wireless telegraphy4, limitations as to the position and nature of the station, as to the purposes for which, the circumstances in which, and the persons by whom, the station may be used, and as to the apparatus5 that may be installed or used there6; and
(2) in the case of any other licence, limitations as to the apparatus that may be installed or used, and as
