Ofcom1 may make regulations prescribing the things that are to be done, or not done, in connection with the use of a wireless telegraphy station2 or wireless telegraphy apparatus3. Such regulations may, in particular, require the use of a wireless telegraphy station or wireless telegraphy apparatus to cease on the demand of such persons as may be prescribed by or under the regulations4.
