Regulations made by Ofcom under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 20061 may provide for it to charge fees:
(1) for registering a provider of dynamic spectrum access services2;
(2) for the continuation in force of such a registration;
(3) for the variation or revocation of such a registration;
(4) for anything done by Ofcom in connection with facilitating the service provided by a person registered as mentioned in head (1) above3.
