37. Ofcom's power to charge registration fees under regulations made.

Regulations made by Ofcom under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 20061 may provide for it to charge fees:


    (1)     for registering a provider of dynamic spectrum access services2;


    (2)     for the continuation in force of such a registration;


    (3)     for the variation or revocation of such a registration;


    (4)     for anything done by Ofcom in connection with facilitating the service provided by a person registered as mentioned in head (1) above3.

The fees are to be determined by or in accordance with the regulations, and are payable by the person who is to be, is or has been, registered as a
