It is a function of Ofcom1:
(1) to give such advice in relation to the use of the electromagnetic spectrum for wireless telegraphy2;
(2) to provide such other services3; and
(3) to maintain such records4,
as it considers appropriate for the purpose of facilitating or managing the use of the spectrum for wireless telegraphy5.
In relation to the use of the electromagnetic spectrum for wireless telegraphy, it is a function of Ofcom to give such further advice, to provide such other services, and to maintain such other records, as the Secretary of State6 may require for the purpose of securing compliance
