A person who provides a video-sharing platform service1 must, in relation to that service, take such of the statutory measures2 as are appropriate for the purposes of:
(1) protecting persons under the age of 18 from videos3 and audiovisual commercial communications4 containing restricted material5;
(2) protecting the general public from videos and audiovisual commercial communications containing relevant harmful material6; and
(3) in relation to audiovisual commercial communications that are not marketed, sold or arranged by the person providing the service, ensuring that (a)
