There must be defrayed out of the Gaelic Broadcasting Fund1:
(1) certain expenses incurred by Ofcom2;
(2) any expenses incurred by the Gaelic Media Service3; and
(3) with the approval of Ofcom, any other expenses incurred by the Service4.
The Service must pay all its receipts to Ofcom5. Ofcom must hold amounts so received by it to the credit of the Gaelic Broadcasting Fund (and, accordingly, those amounts are not to be regarded as forming part of Ofcom's revenues)6.
