A person who does any of the following acts, within the specified territorial scope1, commits an offence2:
(1) if he provides a ship or aircraft to another, or agrees to do so, knowing, or having reasonable cause to believe, that broadcasts are to be made from it in contravention of the prohibition against broadcasting from ships or aircraft3 or while it is on or over the high seas4;
(2) if he carries wireless telegraphy apparatus5 in a ship or aircraft, or agrees to do so, or if he supplies6 wireless telegraphy apparatus to a ship or aircraft, or instals
