A radio multiplex licence continues in force for a period of 12 years1, and may be renewed2.
An application for the renewal of a radio multiplex licence3 may be made by the licence holder4 not earlier than four years before the date on which it would otherwise cease to be in force and not later than the day falling three months before the relevant date5.
At any time before determining the application, Ofcom may6:
(1) require the applicant to furnish a technical plan which supplements the one already submitted by the licence holder7 and, in the case of a national radio
