A digital additional services licence1 continues in force2 until it is surrendered by its holder3.
A digital additional services licence must include such conditions as appear to Ofcom4 to be appropriate for requiring the holder of the licence5:
(1) on entering into any agreement with the provider of a radio multiplex service6 or of a general multiplex service7 for the provision of digital additional services8 to be broadcast9 by means of the multiplex service, to notify Ofcom10:
(a) of the identity of the multiplex service11;
(b) of the period during which the services will be provided12; and
