A digital additional services licence1 continues in force until it is surrendered by its holder2. Such a licence must include such conditions as appear to Ofcom3 to be appropriate for requiring the holder of the licence4:
(1) on entering into any agreement with the provider of a television multiplex service5 or general multiplex service6 for the broadcasting of digital additional services7 by means of that provider's service8, to notify Ofcom9:
(a) the identity of the service by means of which it will be broadcast10;
(b) of the period during which the services will be provided11;
(c) where under the
