A digital terrestrial sound broadcasting licence1 may include:
(1) such conditions as appear to Ofcom2 to be appropriate having regard to any duties which are or may be imposed on it, or on the licence holder3, by or under the Broadcasting Act 1990, the Broadcasting Act 1996 or the Communications Act 20034;
(2) conditions enabling Ofcom to supervise and enforce technical standards in connection with the provision of the licensed service5;
(3) conditions requiring the payment by the licence holder to Ofcom, whether on the grant of the licence or at such times after that as may be determined
