Where Ofcom1 determines that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a person is contravening, or has contravened, a requirement for information imposed2 by Ofcom for purposes of its radio spectrum functions3, it may give that person a notification ('a notification of contravention of information requirements')4, which:
(1) sets out the determination made by Ofcom5;
(2) specifies the requirement and contravention in respect of which the determination has been made6;
(3) specifies the period during which the person notified has an opportunity to make representations7;
(4) specifies information to be provided by the person to Ofcom8; and
