Where a legal instrument relating to wireless telegraphy1 contains provision framed by reference to relevant apparatus2 for the time being approved under the Wireless Telegraphy Act 20063 for the purposes of that instrument4, the relevant authority5 may approve relevant apparatus for those purposes6.
