A selected applicant1 affected by a decision2 made by Ofcom3 may appeal against it to the Competition Appeal Tribunal4. The means of making an appeal is by sending the Tribunal a notice of appeal in accordance with Tribunal rules5. The notice of appeal must be sent within the period specified in those rules6; and it must set out the provision under which the decision appealed against was taken, and the grounds of appeal7. The grounds of appeal must be set out in sufficient detail to indicate: (1) to what extent (if any) the appellant contends that the decision appealed
