Where a multiplex licence1 is granted in pursuance of a tender notice2 which specified that a percentage of multiplex revenue3 was payable by an applicant if he were granted the licence, the licence must include conditions requiring the licence holder to pay to Ofcom4 in respect of each accounting period of his falling within the period for which the licence is in force, an amount representing such percentage of the multiplex revenue for that accounting period5 as was specified in the notice6.
