320. Accounts, audit and annual reports of the Gaelic Media Service.

The Gaelic Media Service1 must keep proper accounts and proper records in relation to the accounts, and must prepare in respect of each financial year2 a statement of accounts in such form as Ofcom3 may direct4. The accounts of the Service must be audited by auditors appointed by the Service with the approval of Ofcom5. The Service must at all reasonable times, upon demand made by Ofcom or by any persons authorised by Ofcom in that behalf6, afford to them full liberty to examine the accounts of the Service7, and furnish them with all forecasts, estimates, information and documents
