The Gaelic Media Service1 must keep proper accounts and proper records in relation to the accounts, and must prepare in respect of each financial year2 a statement of accounts in such form as Ofcom3 may direct4. The accounts of the Service must be audited by auditors appointed by the Service with the approval of Ofcom5.
