A person born in the United Kingdom on or after 1 July 2021 who is not a British citizen on the relevant date1 by virtue of any other provision2 ('C') is a British citizen as from the relevant date if the following conditions are satisfied in the case of either C's father or mother ('P')3:
(1) on or after 1 July 2021, P is:
(a) granted4 UK related indefinite leave5;
(b) granted6 Isle of Man related indefinite leave7 ('the relevant date')8;
