751.     Vexatious litigants.

A creditor of the bankrupt who has been prohibited from initiating proceedings in the High Court or in any other court without the permission of the High Court1 may nevertheless prove his debt and, where the proof is rejected by the trustee in bankruptcy, may appeal to the appropriate bankruptcy court2 against such rejection without first obtaining the permission of the court3.
