557. Value of security.

A secured creditor1 may, with the agreement of the trustee or the permission of the court, at any time alter the value which that creditor has put upon a security in a proof2. Where, however, a secured creditor, being the petitioner, has put a value on the security in the petition, or has voted3 in respect of the unsecured balance of the debt, the secured creditor may revalue the security only with the agreement of the trustee or the permission of the court
