The trustee must vacate office on giving notice to the prescribed person that the trustee has given notice1 to the bankrupt's creditors that the administration of the bankrupt's estate is for practical purposes complete2. A copy of the notice and report that is sent to creditors3 must be sent to the bankrupt as soon as is reasonably practicable after notice is given to creditors4. The notice must also state:
(1) that the creditors have the right to request information from the trustee5;
(2) that the creditors and the bankrupt have the right to challenge the trustee's remuneration and expenses6;
