339. Trustee's remuneration where it is not fixed.

Where the trustee has requested the creditors to fix the basis of remuneration1 and the creditors have not done so, or in any event if the basis of remuneration is not fixed by the creditors within 18 months after the date of the trustee's appointment2, the trustee is entitled to such sum as is arrived at by:
