Where the trustee disclaims property1, the notice of disclaimer must:
(1) have the required title2;
(2) identify the bankrupt;
(3) identify and provide contact details for the trustee;
(4) contain such particulars of the property disclaimed as will enable it to be easily identified;
(5) state that the trustee of the bankrupt's estate disclaims all the bankrupt's interest in the property3.
The notice of disclaimer must be authenticated and dated by the trustee4.
If the property consists of land or buildings the nature of the interest must be stated in the notice
