The chair at a meeting of the creditors' committee must be the trustee, or a person appointed by the trustee1. A person so appointed must be:
(1) qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to that bankrupt2; or
(2) a person experienced in insolvency matters who is a member or employee of the trustee's firm or an employee of the trustee3.
