599. Stay of distribution in case of second bankruptcy.

Where a bankruptcy order is made against an undischarged bankrupt and the existing trustee1 has been given the prescribed notice of the making of the application or (as the case may be) the presentation of the petition for the later bankruptcy2, any distribution or other disposition by him of:

  1.  

    (1)     any property which is vested in the existing trustee as after-acquired property3;

  2.  

    (2)     any money paid to the trustee in pursuance of an income payments order4; and

  3.  

    (3)     any property or money which is, or in the hands of the existing trustee represents, the proceeds of sale or application
