The petitioner must serve the petition on the debtor in accordance with the statutory requirements, which require personal service1. Where personal service of the bankruptcy petition is not practicable, service by other means may be permitted; evidence is required to justify an order for service of a bankruptcy petition other than by personal service2. If to the petitioner's knowledge there is in force for the debtor a voluntary arrangement under Part 8 of the Insolvency Act 19863, and
