Particulars of any security held, the date when it was given and the value which the creditor puts on it must be stated in a creditor's proof of debt1.
A secured creditor2 may, with the agreement of the trustee or the permission of the court, at any time alter the value which that creditor has put upon a security in a proof3. If, however, a secured creditor, being the petitioner, has in the petition put a value on the security, or has voted in respect of the unsecured balance of the debt, the secured creditor may revalue the security only
