19. Rules and regulations.

With the concurrence of the Secretary of State and, in the case of rules that affect court procedure, with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice, the Lord Chancellor may make rules for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 relating to the insolvency or bankruptcy of individuals1.
