776. Right to list of creditors.

In any proceedings in bankruptcy, a creditor has the right to require the office-holder1 to provide a list of the names and addresses of the creditors and the amounts of their respective debts unless: (1) a statement of affairs has been filed with the court or delivered to the registrar of companies; or (2) the information is available for inspection on the bankruptcy file2.
